This cover is specially arranged by Sporting Insurance Services and underwritten by AXA Insurance UK PLC for Shooting Clubs and Syndicates in England, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Please note that cover is not available for risks in Northern Ireland.
Public Liability (compulsory cover)
Cover for claims made against the club/syndicate or
its officials arising out of bodily injury to third
parties or damage to third party property.
Limit of Indemnity £2,000,000 any one claim.
Employers’ Liability (optional cover)
Cover for claims made against the club/syndicate arising
out of bodily injury to persons employed (e.g. gamekeepers,
gillies, beaters and trap operators)
Limit of Indemnity £10,000,000 any one claim.
Personal Accident (optional cover)
Cover for death, loss of use of eye(s) or limb(s) or
permanent total disablement by accident during the course
of club/syndicate activities. Also temporary total disablement
benefit for up to 104 weeks following such an accident.
Death and Permanent Disablement Benefit £30,000 per member.
Temporary Total Disablement Benefit £300 per member per week for a maximum of 104 weeks.
All Risks (optional cover)
Cover for damage to or theft of guns, traps and other
equipment owned by or the responsibility of the club/syndicate,
excluding tractors, ATV’s and any other motorised vehicles.
Sum Insured – as per your requirements (maximum £25,000)
Under this section a claims excess of £100 applies.

5% Insurance Premium Tax applies in addition to all

Acceptable methods of payment are:
i) Cheque (payable to Sporting Insurance Services)
ii) Monthly Direct Debit – 12 equal monthly instalments.
A £2 per month instalment charge is made for this facility.
